Self-guided, supported road cycling tour, ~330km over 5 days. The tour begins in historical Huntsville, the largest town in the Muskoka region. Muskoka is one of Canada's most famous vacation and cottaging destinations. You will have two days of excellent cycling here with loops of Mary Lake and Lake of Bays. On Day 3 we shuttle you a short distance into the spectacular Haliburton Highlands for 3 days of riding alongside quiet lakes and rivers. The trip includes lakeside accommodations, 2 nights at Hidden Valley Resort and 2 nights at Bonnie View Inn.

DAY 1
Huntsville Mary Lake Loop
Day one begins with a transfer from the Orillia area to Huntsville to begin riding. The ride passes through Port Sydney and historic downtown Huntsville. Enjoy the first of two nights of lakeside accommodation, Hidden Valley Resort.

Vertical Gain: 365 m (1197 feet)
DAY 2
Lake of Bays Loop
Starting from Hidden Valley Resort, you will ride the well-known Lake of Bays loop. Versions of this rolling route are used for the Spin the Lakes ride and the Muskoka Half Ironman. The scenery is spectacular, including lake views, rock cuts, and towering forests. The route is 96 kilometers with a few good climbs along the way. Guests will enjoy some well-deserved downtime at the resort when the cycling is done.

DAY 3
Stanhope to Bonnie View via Fort Irwin
The day begins with a short shuttle from Hidden Valley Resort to Haliburton. Begin at the Stanhope community centre and starting with the gentle North Shore Route, then head up to Eagle Lake and Fort Irwin, then Harburn Road to Haliburton and finish up on the shores of Lake Kashagawigamog for the first of two nights of lakeside accommodation at Bonnie View Inn.

Vertical Gain: 695 m (2280 feet)
DAY 4
Minden Sunglasses Route
This ride takes you along the shores of Lake Kashagawigamog, past the Minden White Water Preserve, and through Minden village. Have a wee break, then back home to Bonnie View.

DAY 5
Haliburton to Norland
Ride to Norland via Gelert and Kinmount. Lunch at the famed Riverside Inn. Shuttle back to Orillia by mid- afternoon.
